Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NG Play application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App on all supported platforms (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Android TV).

2. Description of the App

NG Play is a cross-platform media player application that allows users to:

• Play local video and audio files stored on their device
• Stream network URLs including HLS, DASH, M3U8, and HTTP/HTTPS streams
• Connect to personal cloud storage services (Google Drive, Dropbox) to stream media
• Connect to personal network servers via WebDAV, FTP, and FTPS protocols
• Display external subtitle files (SRT, ASS, SSA, VTT) and embedded subtitle tracks

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ngọc App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by Ngọc App. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App. The "NG Play" name and logo are trademarks of Ngọc App.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Transmit or facilitate transmission of unsolicited communications or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use the App for commercial redistribution or as part of a paid service without written authorization from Ngọc App

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Drive and Dropbox. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Ngọc App is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services. Links or integrations are provided solely as a convenience.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Ngọc App does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NGỌC APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

10. Updates & Termination

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
